- I have already paid for my premium membership but my account is still not active. Why?
If you have made a payment via Credit / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallets and still haven't been able to activate the Premium Membership automatically, we recommend you contact us via the help center and let us know the transaction details, so we could look into the issue.
Sometimes some online transactions can get stuck due to technical glitches between websites - payment gateways - banks. We periodically look for such issues and upgrade accounts in backend. However, if your account does not upgrade within 6 hours of payment, we recommend you contact us by clicking on the above link and provide us complete details of the payment done.
Rest assured, we will either upgrade your account or the transaction will get refunded automatically if it doesn't get verified at our end.
- How do I know a payment has been made?
Credit cards, Debit card, UPI, Net banking, Wallets:
Any payments made online i.e via credit cards, debit card, upi, net banking, wallets, will result in immediate activation of account. The payment details will be delivered to your email instantly. After making payments online, you will taken back to to your homepage screen where you will also be informed of the payment via a notification.You can also track your orders from Settings > My Orders.
If you have made a payment and your account has not bee upgraded, please write to our support team.
- Do you renew payments automatically?
Payments renew automatically in certain scenarios. We do not renew any payments automatically unless they are paid via Credit Cads, Apple App Store in-app subscription purchase, Paytm Wallet or Google Play Store in-app subscription purchase from the respective apps.
- Where can I see my payment details?
To see your payment details:
- Login to your QuackQuack.in account
- Go to Settings and click on My Orders
- Go to Manage Payments and you will find your payment details along with your order IDs (except Google Play and Apple App store in-app purchases)
- To see your Google Play Store you will have to go to Google Play app > Subscriptions and for Apple App Store in-app purchases you will have to go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Tap on Apple ID, then click on view Apple ID > select QuackQuack from the list
- How can I cancel my automatic renewal on my credit card or Paytm wallet?
If you have made payment via credit card or Paytm wallet, you can go to Settings > My Orders > Manage Payments and review if you have paid for recurring subscription. If you have a recurring subscription, you will find an option on ‘Subscription Active’ from where you can cancel the same. If there is no option to cancel or the next renewal does not show any date, then there would be no renewal charges to your credit card or Paytm wallet.
- How can I make payment from outside India and USA?
All international cards are accepted. If you are using our Android or iOS applications, we recommend paying via Apple's payment option and Google Play payment option on Android.
- Is online Credit Card payment on QuackQuack.in secure?
Yes, absolutely! Your credit card information is entered on a Secure Server using SSL Technology and 128 Bit Encryption which is one of the highest level of security provided by QuackQuack.in and its payment gateway partners.
The information is transmitted in an encrypted fashion to our payment gateway and your card is charged online. Finally, to provide the highest level of security, we do not store your credit card information on our online server at any time.
- How can cancel my Google Play / Android automatic renewal?
To stop auto renewal for your subscription on Google Play / Android, please follow below steps:
- Go to Google Play app
- From the menu, click on 'Subscriptions'
- You will find your QuackQuack subscription details here which you can modify according to your choice
- How can cancel my iOS automatic renewal?
To stop auto renewal for your subscription on iOS / iPhone, please follow below steps:
- On your iPhone Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Tap on your Apple ID, then click on View Apple ID where you might be prompted to sign-in
- Tap on your Apple ID at the top
- Select QuackQuack from the list
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.
- If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
- How do I upgrade for free?
We have an option to upgrade for free. All you have to do is follow the instructions for free upgrade. Generally, this involves inviting friends, liking us on Facebook, taking offers, etc which will help you earn coins. These coins, in return, can be used to upgrade.
However, the option to upgrade for free is valid for one time only and the option for free upgrade may or may not be available all the time.
