- your issue is not resolved by support, or
- your complaint is about a profile, photo, message or content that breaks our terms or the law, such as a fake profile, impersonation, harassment or obscene content.

How to raise a complaint
Email the Grievance Officer with:
- your registered phone number or email
- the profile or content you are complaining about
- screenshots, if any
- a short description of the issue
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
- We resolve it within 15 days.
- Complaints about nudity, morphed images or impersonation are acted on within 24 hours.
